By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

All orders are made on the following terms & conditions alone…
Prices: Unless stated to be fixed for a stated period, Sacred Zen Shop Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment: The customer will agree to pay the full invoice amount by credit/debit card unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Cancellations: Under the United Kingdom’s distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Sacred Zen Shop Ltd, for a full refund. If you have not yet received your order, please contact us via email or telephone as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched. If your order has already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures detailed below. The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods to our warehouse within 30 days and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. All good must be returned to Sacred Zen Shop Ltd in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of delivery. Sacred Zen Shop Ltd reserves the right to refuse the customer a credit or refund if the goods returned are not in a re-saleable condition.

Refunds: We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude original shipping costs.
Damaged & Missing Products: The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. Sacred Zen Shop Ltd reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.
Online Product Images and Descriptions: Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by Sacred Zen Shop Ltd will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.
Overseas Orders: Sacred Zen Shop Ltd reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.
Sacred Zen Shop Ltd Competitions/Giveaways
1. A competition will end on the date stated in the competition’s rules
2. Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of Sacred Zen Shop Ltd competition terms.
3. One winner will be chosen in accordance with the competition rules within 7 days of the competition end date. The winner will be notified by email.
Failure to respond to our email and provide your address within 7 days will result in another winner being chosen. The winner will then receive the product featured in the posted image.
4. Any posts relating to the competition containing anything foul or offensive will result in the person being removed from the competition.
5. Any personal contact details of entrants and/or winners will be for the sole use of Sacred Zen Shop Ltd, in order to communicate regarding prizes and dispatch, and for marketing purposes.
We will not pass your details to any third parties.
6. This competition is offered by Sacred Zen Shop Ltd and is open to all UK residents; except employees, agents, affiliates or suppliers of Sacred Zen Shop Ltd and/or its subsidiaries, or family members of such persons.
7. Sacred Zen Shop Ltd products or services are not endorsed by any social media company; this competition is offered solely by Sacred Zen Shop Ltd.
