Namaste Masala Rose and Vanilla incense sticks are meticulously handmade in India using natural, toxin-free ingredients derived from oils, herbs, and fragrances. Each pack is presented in a beautifully designed cardboard box featuring a mandala pattern.

This blend combines the enchanting scent of Bulgarian roses, symbols of love and beauty, with the sweet, soothing aroma of vanilla. The fragrance of roses mingles with the warm, comforting notes of vanilla to help you feel positive, relaxed, and stress-free. How to Use Namaste Masala Rose with Vanilla Incense Sticks:

1. Before lighting, gently bend the stick towards the center of the burner to ensure the ash falls neatly into the ash catcher.
2. Keep the incense out of reach of children and never leave it unattended while burning.

Each incense stick is approximately 22cm long, with each pack weighing 15 grams and containing 12 to 14 sticks. The burn time for each stick is approximately 30 minutes.

We always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, once your order has left our dispatch team, delivery times are out of our control. The estimated delivery times provided are based on guidance from our mail carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods to our warehouse within 30 days and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. All good must be returned to Sacred Zen Shop Ltd in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of delivery. Sacred Zen Shop Ltd reserves the right to refuse the customer a credit or refund if the goods returned are not in a re-saleable condition.

Refunds: We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude original shipping costs.

Damaged & Missing Products: The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. Sacred Zen Shop Ltd reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.

Online Product Images and Descriptions: Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by Sacred Zen Shop Ltd will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.

Overseas Orders: Sacred Zen Shop Ltd reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.

How to Return an Item

If you’ve changed your mind and no longer want an item when it arrives, no problem! Simply:

1. Keep everything packaged and unused.
2. Place a note in the parcel with your name, order number, and the reason for returning.
