This 100% natural sponge has a soft texture and is perfect to use as a facial and body cleansing sponge made out of the vegetable fibers of Konjac root.  The Konjac Sponge has been used in Japan first as a bath sponge for new-born babies for more than 100 years because of its soft texture.

Due to the popularity, the Konjac Sponge has been on the rise as facial cleansing and bath sponge in China, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

Natural Konjac Sponge Features

• Konjac Sponge has a unique propriety layer that can hold water very well.
• When the sponge is saturated with water, its surface is covered by a water layer.
• This water layer on the sponge’s surface constantly acts as a buffer to the skin and the layer forms a barrier between the sponge and the skin.
• As a result, the skin is never in direct contact with the fiber and it will not scratch and damage the skin even with hard scrubbing.

How to Use a Konjac Sponge:

1. Prepare Your Sponge: Begin by soaking your konjac sponge in warm water for a few minutes. As it absorbs water, it will expand and become softer.
2. Gentle Squeeze: Once your sponge is soft and pliable, give it a gentle squeeze to remove excess water. It should be damp but not dripping.
3. Cleanse Your Face: Apply your favorite cleanser to the damp sponge, or you can use it without any cleanser for a natural cleanse. The konjac sponge works wonders to remove dirt, makeup, and impurities.
4. Circular Motions: In gentle circular motions, massage your face with the konjac sponge. The soft texture provides a mild exfoliating effect, leaving your skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
5. Rinse and Hang: After cleansing, rinse your face thoroughly with water. Rinse the konjac sponge as well. Hang it by the attached string in a well-ventilated area to air dry.
6. Repeat: For best results, use your konjac sponge daily as part of your skincare routine.

We always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, once your order has left our dispatch team, delivery times are out of our control. The estimated delivery times provided are based on guidance from our mail carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods to our warehouse within 30 days and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. All good must be returned to Sacred Zen Shop Ltd in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of delivery. Sacred Zen Shop Ltd reserves the right to refuse the customer a credit or refund if the goods returned are not in a re-saleable condition.

Refunds: We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude original shipping costs.

Damaged & Missing Products: The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. Sacred Zen Shop Ltd reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.

Online Product Images and Descriptions: Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by Sacred Zen Shop Ltd will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.

Overseas Orders: Sacred Zen Shop Ltd reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.

How to Return an Item

If you’ve changed your mind and no longer want an item when it arrives, no problem! Simply:

1. Keep everything packaged and unused.
2. Place a note in the parcel with your name, order number, and the reason for returning.

• Please send items using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
• Once we receive your item, we’ll process a refund for the item cost (excluding shipping fees) and notify you via email.
